Catching up

Hey guy how are you.. sorry that i havent wrote you guys in a while... I have been super busy here in this little bitty town of mckinney. I am working 15+ hours and well the instructers are giving the classroom what if you were in iraq situations, and we are telling these navy guy(because we are on a joint military base) that were were in iraq and this is what we did..lol its kinda funny. We the students are teaching the instructors. :D

Also this is a bittersweet time of the year because i had about 8 friends die kinda back to back from dec to jan 5 so it brings back alot of memories. I was in high school then, but it brings back memories. Ironically i was either the last person to talk to them, hold a personal possession orsomething like that. It is hard but i have gotten better over the past few years. We also may be going to Alaska after we leave here. Hopefully not, because im gonna freeze my ass off.

My family is doing good, and i hear that iraq is well...iraq. I listen to the news casters and i just shake my head at them telling us that we need to back out of iraq. I wont state my position about iraq and if we are right or wrong, but we are in there now, and we cant g out running now. If we did that, you guys that go to work and play in parks and just have family day and night will no longer have that. The terrorists and current "sleepers" that are in our country will activate themselves and the USA will be a iraq. So we gotta stay and get the job done.

Also i wanna get some of you good guys who have posted to my blog, and some of you who havent posted but emailed me daily a christmas gift. I think you deserve it. You made Iraq a hapier place to be. With the South park DVDs :P the candy, clothes for the iraqi kids, hats for the kids, shoes for them... it was great! I just wanna repay you guys.

Also i got a email from an iraqi kid today telling me that iraq is getting better on his side of baghdad, but he wishes that i was there because he felt safer. He says that noone gives him USA CDs, and the current guy gives him british CDS. He is happy because the guys that come around now buy "freaky freaky" and i didnt! In case you dont know, in iraq the kids and women and children sell freaky freaky or porn. I just wasnt into that... i never would buy it..lol

well i gotta head to work see ya laters.

Freaky freaky huh? That's a new way of putting it! :) Sounds like you've been busy. How far are you from where you were? (Since I'm new to your blog!) Also, have you kept in touch w/ CC girl?

Good for you for not getting into that!!!!!!!! Do you hear the Mom coming out in me? Well, it's also the 'wife' coming out in me! How sad that those children are being exposed to that kind of stuff. :(

Great to see a new post! Keep up the good work. You guys are the best!

I'm so sorry for the loss of your friends. It never is easy to go through difficulties like that but, trust me, the son does eventually shine again. *sigh*

Hope you have a super week...and, yes, are you staying in touch with CC? ;)
